Meet The Team

Elena joined Colville Williams in 2008. After graduating from Macquarie University in 2005, Elena provided accounting services to a number of businesses in Sydney, before moving with her family to Melbourne in 2006. She became a qualified CPA in 2011.

Elena's main area of expertise is in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, and in particular the devising and implementing of appropriate strategies (including re-contribution and transition-to-retirement strategies) to suit the individual circumstances of Colville Williams Clients.

Anthony joined Colville in 2017 as a graduate after completing a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) at RMIT University. Since then, he has progressed through the ranks to become a Manager, reflecting his strong technical capability, client focus, and leadership qualities. He became a Chartered Accountant in 2022.

Anthony specialises in advising private family groups, with a particular focus on tax compliance, structuring, and long-term wealth planning. He works closely with clients to understand their broader financial goals and delivers tailored solutions that align with their business and personal objectives.

As a Manager, Anthony also plays a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent client service across the firm.

Outside of work, Anthony leads a busy lifestyle - he enjoys playing soccer, playing video games, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Will Joined Colville in 2019 as an undergraduate accountant. He has completed a Bachelor of Accounting degree at Latrobe University, he is also currently studying to be a CPA. Will has previously worked in retail and the construction industry in which he gained valuable knowledge in different areas of work.

Outside of work, Will has a keen eye for cars. He enjoys working on them and interact with other car enthusiasts. When he is not at work, Will enjoys playing cricket and watching his beloved Richmond Tigers FC a the G'.

Anna joined Colville Williams in 2023 and became a CPA in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from a U.S. university and a Master of Accounting from Monash University, combining international perspective with strong local expertise.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys travelling and spending time with her family—who often keep her just as busy, and sometimes even more chaotic, than the office.

Donald is a qualified CPA (SMSF Specialist) with over 10 years’ experience supporting small to medium businesses across a range of industries. He specialises in self-managed super funds (SMSFs), complex tax structures, and strategic business advice.

Donald is known for his clear communication, practical approach, and deep understanding of Australian tax law. He particularly enjoys helping clients plan for retirement and grow their wealth with confidence.

Outside of work, Donald has spent two years living in Japan and enjoys appreciating nature, exploring culture, and drinking the perfect cup of matcha.

Fazmir commenced his professional career with Colville in August 2024, bringing with him valuable experience from his previous role at BGL.

He graduated in 2021 from CIC Melbourne with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and has since developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance.

When he is not crunching numbers, Fazmir enjoys travelling, playing cricket and a good coffee.

Alannah joined Colville Williams in 2024 as a placement student. She is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree at Deakin University. Through her placement, Alannah gained valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment which she was able to carry through to her studies.

Outside of work, Alannah enjoys umpiring netball where she gets to train and coach upcoming umpires. Alannah is also an extremely passionate Carlton supporter and loves to watch the Blues play on the weekend.

Laura joined Colville Williams in 2023. With a passion for efficiency and organisation, Laura plays a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly . As the office manager, she ensures that daily operations are seamless, our team is supported and that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

When not managing the office, Laura enjoys keeping fit and spending quality time with her family.
