Greg Carpenter
Greg joined Colville Williams in 2001 and was appointed Partner in 2006.

With over two decades of experience serving the small business sector, Greg is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Fellow of CPA Australia. His expertise spans business services, management, taxation, and superannuation, and he has cultivated an extensive network of leading professionals in taxation, financial planning, insurance, finance, and business recovery. Greg is also deeply committed to the professional development of the firm’s team and the enhancement of its systems.

Greg derives his greatest satisfaction from building strong, lasting relationships with clients. He works closely with them to understand their challenges and celebrate their achievements, providing practical guidance to help businesses grow and thrive. He particularly enjoys supporting clients during the startup or acquisition phase, offering strategic advice to help them achieve their business goals.

Outside of work, Greg is family-oriented and spends much of his weekends supporting his children in their sporting pursuits and enjoying the outdoors. He has a long history of community involvement, including serving on school councils, sporting club committees, and supporting not-for-profit organisations, particularly in the disability services sector.
A keen sports enthusiast, Greg enjoys cricket, mountain biking, golf, and a wide range of other sports. He is married to Shaureen, and together they have two sons who share their love (and occasional suffering) for the once-mighty Tigers.

Weechan Chuang
Weechan joined Colville Williams in 2003 as a graduate and has gained extensive experience in business services and superannuation. Since joining the firm, she got married and had 2 kids and worked her way up the ranks to become partner in 2024.
She enjoys working closely with clients to help them grow and prosper whilst guiding them through their business journey.
Her interests outside of work include spending time with family, travelling and loves trying new cuisines.
Specific skills:Business services, taxation, superannuation/SMSFs, tax, deceased estates, property development, extensive MYOB, Xero and Reckon knowledge.
