Fred Gerardson Fred has more than 35 years experience in taxation and business services including extensive audit experience with large privately owned companies such as the Sportscraft Group and Bosch Automotive. A partner since 1989, he is responsible for business planning, technology and marketing services within the practice. He specialises in SMSF audits and clients with complex group structures or taxation issues. Fred is a member of the Netherlands-Australia Chamber of Commerce and takes a keen interest in Import / Export and Technology related issues. His interests outside the Practice include significant contributions as a board member to numerous voluntary organisations in the sporting, environment and aged care sectors over the past thirty years. He is the current President of the Victorian National Parks Association Inc. and continues to play cricket with La Trobe University Cricket Club. |

David Hook David has been a partner at Colville Williams & Co. since 1992. He is past Chairman of the CPA Taxation Study Group No. 1 and Northern Suburbs CPA Group. A Fellow of CPA Australia, David has over 38 years experience in the taxation field, including 16 years with the Australian Taxation Office. His primary focus is Business Services and Taxation. David's background and "hands on" approach enable him to provide support to start ups, established businesses and help design and implement retirement / business exit strategies. |

Greg Carpenter Appointed a partner in July 2006, Greg brings nearly twenty years of dedicated experience serving the small business sector. His responsibilities include staff development and marketing. He has extensive experience assisting clients with SMSFs and wealth creation and management strategies. Greg is also actively involved in the local community and is currently Treasurer of Yarrambat Primary School. He plays cricket and coaches junior cricket at Yarrambat Cricket Club. |
